Абсолютно бесполезная вещь
Чтобы пополнить нужно иметь турецкий ID. Если вы не резидент, то и просто пользоваться с неверифицированным аккаунтом нельзяя. Проще открыть счет в турецком банке, в таком случае, если есть ID.

Non-Turkish mobile phones don’t work. Everything else is great.
