在填寫索償表格時，不停顯示紅色標記位置未有填寫，但是我所有空格都已經填寫了我，並沒有化驗費跟其他公司的索償，然後就一直顯示紅色標記位置未填寫。已經無法提交了兩次索償，應用程式十分有問題

更新前後及用網頁版，都開不到,致電又話會跟進send email 比PDF俾我最後冇晒下文

Cannot download Policy on App which is probably the most important thing.

I update my iOS to 15.2 and the apps does not work anymore, I click submit claims, but cannot select claimant name, list of claimant not shows up

Claimed device as jailbroken

Tells me my device is jailbroken. Seriously??? Please update your app.

The app told my device is jailbroken and terminated the e-service, but my device is an original one in fact.

The app takes forever to load the claim history, it also allows you to select old medical policy when submitting the claim.

the app let you rely on the digital card, great. however be aware when you open the app at the clinic, the app will tell you its undergoing a 2 days update and you won't be able to see the card. Pure frustration.
