They sent the wrong size twice, I paid for the shipping back and they only refunded the first shipping, the credit card was changed and they refused to make the refound on another card, when they finally realized that was the problem they didn’t have my size anymore, and since the card didn’t work anymore and their policies say they can’t refound on another card I just lost the money. They offered a 20% off on a future purchase though (which will never ever happen) Trust me, it’s just a waste of time and money.

I ordered the Retrofete Sadelle dress and I cannot wait!

Horrible glitchy app and site and items almost never go on sale. I wish they would at least sort out their app and website.
