FXCM – Trading su CFD e Forex

The errors on displaying EMA’s is still here. I’ve been using the app since it came into existence but inaccurate ema displays are very disappointing. Even after many updates I’ve taken so many screenshots of the ema’s showing a vertical line either at the end or previous bars behind and even a exponential, moving average, looking like a simple, moving average and it not looking like the ema’s on MarketScope 2.0

My experience with FXCM has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you're thinking about using this broker, stay away! I initially deposited €50 as a test, which took days to process, followed by a week to withdraw just €5 to my Wise account. After this test finally went through, I trusted them with a larger deposit. Big mistake. After depositing all my euros into FXCM, I immediately requested a withdrawal to my Wise account. It took more than a week for them to come back with a ridiculous email telling me that, despite my previous withdrawal via SEPA, the funds had to be returned to my PayPal account because my initial deposit was from there. This was never mentioned during my initial test. And now, they're telling me to wait another 5 business days —basically another week—before I see my money in PayPal! FXCM has been playing games with my funds for over a month now. It’s clear they’re holding onto people’s money unnecessarily, forcing them to wait for basic transactions that should take a fraction of the time. This clunky platform and their poor communication have caused nothing but headaches and delays. Do yourself a favour—avoid FXCM at all costs!

The app is designed well overall. However, it is NOT made to trade on. It is just a tool to help you manage your positions and account. The interface can be improved and the overall smoothness can be better as well.

This is supposed to be the brand new amazing ts2 app? Absolutely terrible. Did the developers even test zooming in and out on charts? It’s all over the place. To see my open positions I now have 3-4 presses. The old FXCM app is much better. I will stick to using that. Barely functional app which is crazy when potentially dealing with big money.

I really like this app once it's opened. However, getting to this stage of being open is somewhat problematic. It often doesn't open, when it does it takes forever and not infrequently just closes itself. It doesn't connect from the TradingView app so managing trades in trading view is virtually impossible. It's a shame that this app has become largely unusable. I can't trade from an app which doesn't open.

Your new FXCM app is absolutely awful, there was nothing wrong with the old app.

I used to use the original app and it was working really well, but then it got updated and the charting is now more fiddly, the scaling is annoying and more recently it is SO slow, and keeps freezing so I have to restart the app again.can hardly load a chart, It’s become almost unusable. Such a shame as the original app was so good! The only good thing about it is that it stops you making trades on your phone, because it’s literally too much of a hassle.

The new app is awful. Price line timings completely out. Plus the customer service is rubbish!!! If my mobile app isn’t sorted soon (it’s been a month now) I will be looking for a different platform. I have been trading on FXCM since I started in 2015. Btw my husband is a trader and his mobile app a doing the same thing.
