Floating mode is gone :(
Floating mode for videos doesn’t seem to work anymore. Using the Lock Screen button only gives me an audio player and only on the Lock Screen. I want the old floating mode back.

2. The video will shrink into a floating window inside FyTube.
3. Swipe up from the bottom to exit the FyTube app — the video will remain visible.
4. Floating mode is now active! You can use any app, and your video will keep playing over the screen.

1. Activate Floating Mode.
2. With the video floating over your apps, lock the screen.
3. Done! The audio will keep playing in the background.

Won’t smoothly keep playing in background when switching out the app or locking screen
It works, however…
The interface is unpolished, it’s not clear how to go to a previous video or swipe between searches. And I understand, because of platform policies, I can’t log into my account to get content that is relevant to me. It’s a bummer but I really wanted to like this app.
This software is rubbish.
This software is rubbish. Don't be fooled into buying this. Waste of money.
Worse than a browser
The app often freezes if you touch the screen. There are three dot menus available for each video, but nothing happens when you touch them. I spent an hour trying to find a full video uploaded to YouTube, any full video, and was only presented with clips. there appears to be no way to find a YouTube channel of any kind. There are no settings for the app to be found either in the app or in the iPhone settings. I’m uninstalling and asking for a refund.
Better than official app
Love this app, it allows me to listen to podcasts without needlessly draining the battery keeping the screen on, as well as while using other apps.

Showing in app ads in video page is so bad
Fuctionality
The app can’t display full screen on my iPad Pro 5. The screen display only about 10.5” max. In the app the only functions are home button, video upload date selection, and search bar. It will be helpful is history is stored.
