If there was a auto pay option the app would be 5 star

I have been trying to login for about two months, it’ll login but as soon as it opens…it says subscribe and then kicks me back out to the login screen. This is ridiculous and it’s frustrating, this app is a waste of time.

This app should show the amount you have on your card. It’s not fair for every time you call it take money from your kids.

Go back to the last version before this update it worked fine now it doesn’t work at all

“We’re sorry, but we’re unable to complete your request right now” is the error message I’m receiving. I tried a couple troubleshooting steps. Going to attempt a delete and reinstall.

I hate this app!!! It’s impossible to get any info from here! I prefer doing the old online portal this shows nothing it’s empty when I try to check anything. I will get notifications about disbursements and check in app and see nothing.

The old app use to let you update your bank information. This one doesn’t

It won’t let me reset my user name so I am unable to log in

Can not log in even after multiple times of resetting password and redownloading the app. Have reach out to tech support directly contacting by phone and in person at local office. Would be nice if someone could get this fixed

Will not allow you to follow through requesting an appointment time. Once you choose the time of day there is absolutely no way to finish scheduling it from there. GA protects dead beat parents in every sense
