My favourite platform! Unfortunately the app is glitchy with accessing and loading. Buffers frequently and does not recover, giving me a source error. I tried reinstalling the app, but now it is not recognising my Apple paid subscription. Would also appreciate a skip rewind function. Thanks for the platform, but I’m essentially shut out of accessing vip. Sent two messages from the app to support with no reply 🙁 Edit: Thanks I received a great response from the email support after your feedback, so subscription problems are sorted thanks. Please urgently look into your buffering/streaming problem and rewind/forward or skip issue with the streaming sorftware. I lose the stream as soon as I slide to find my place. Some shows not showing up in continue watching and if I close and open again it’s at the beginning. Thanks in advance 💕

Have a great collection of titles, some you will not find anywhere else, and I love that they specify when new episode will be aired. My main problem with the app, is that I watch it on my iPad, and I cannot seem to fast forward or rewind in any way, I cannot double tap because it just pauses when I do that and I feel like fast forward and rewind are very basic functions of any entertainment app. now if I feel like skipping a scene I have to try and drag the finder at the bottom which is never accurate, which makes it very hard.I tried complaining on the social platforms about this but the response I received was that they were working on it and that was months ago, so I doubt it will happen.I only stay for the amazing collection of titles but usually before I watch I check if it is available on other platforms before and prefer watching on other apps just because it is easier.

想要追劇而訂閱並升級為VIP會員，還是無法收看App上還是顯示為一般會員，可以請客服快點處理嗎？這樣還有誰還願意付費呢？

會不斷跳出廣告，而且沒有關閉的方式，甚至會擋住影片播放。 介面也很難使用。

希望能增加使用鍵盤上下左右來控制快轉和倒轉的功能，要不然真的真的真的非常難用很不方便

連觀看紀錄都沒有，到底要是什麼軟體，花錢買氣

作品很多，但整體使用度相對待改善 畫質電視看也會容易跑掉

介面不知道為什麼很陽春，選集數的地方動不動就跳掉或黑屏，觀看紀錄也是常常消失，非常難用
