Tolle Umsetzung eines genialen Brettspiels. An die Bedienung muss man sich erstmal etwas gewöhnen, aber das ist bei einem derart komplexen Spiel durchaus OK. Nach ein paar Partien hat man sich dran gewöhnt und merkt, dass es durchaus durchdacht umgesetzt wurde (z.B. die angezeigten alternativen Bezahlmöglichkeiten). Ich habe lange auf die App gewartet und bin sehr zufrieden. Nachtrag: ein Stern Abzug für die katastrophale Netzwerkumsetzung. Jedesmal wenn ich in einem asynchronen Spiel wieder am Zug bin, hängt die Verbindung. Ich muss die App neu starten, damit die Verbindung wieder aufgebaut wird. Am iPad liegts nicht, andere Spiele haben keine Probleme.

Mittlerweile super rund und grundsätzlich gut umgesetzt. Geniales Spiel.

„ein eine“, „2. Runde“ statt „2. Phase“ oder „mumsst“ sind nur Beispiele für die vielen redaktionellen Fehler in der App. Das sollte noch gefixt werden!

Super Brettspiel und die App-Umsetzung ist auch wirklich gelungen.

Das Spiel wurde sooooo genial umgesetzt. Ein absoluter Pflichtkauf für alle, die GAIA PROJECT lieben!!!

I am enjoying playing the game, but if you aren’t already well aware of the game flow, it is probably going to be tough. Even after knowing the game, I spent a lot of time trying to find some information. Sometimes the help text won’t display, so if you forget an icon, you may need to look it up on the web or a physical rule book. Generally, there is just too much information to keep track of and it all needs to be behind menus due to space constraints. I played it on steam and the info was easier to see. The iPad is just a little too small so it appears they needed to make some compromises… and my iPhone was virtually unplayable. Also, I encountered a bug which required screenshots to properly explain. I tried to log the bug but got no response. I don’t know if the game log made it possible to see what I meant or not. But there was no feedback. So far, I have only noticed two bugs and those weren’t likely to be common. Overall, good for people who already know the game and have the discipline to look at all the places they need to.

This is the first review I have written but felt that it was important enough to say a something. Gaia is one of my favorite tabletop games so I was excited to be able to play it on mobile. Hands down I would rather play the game in person rather than in the version of mobile. It is a game that does not translate well. There are too many menus and sun menus(it felt like I had to search for everything that I needed access too). The inconography that attempts to simplify things makes the game more complex than it already is. This is the rare case in which if I could get my money back I absolutely would.
