Sometimes there a little slow in replying, but the guy that helped me, Andrei, can’t say enough good things about the interaction. He answered all my questions, and was extremely friendly. I made my first purchase yesterday, and as long as you verify your card and identification your good to go to start selling and buying. You only need the phone bill verification if your going to be sending or receiving bitcoin.
