Not sure how this app has got so many stars, maybe there is only one user. The keys say they are £34.99 each to use another phone but this won’t even send me a code to be able to use it on another phone. Luckily I tried to pair phone temporarily and this didn’t work so no way am I shelling out that much for another phone user. These needs sorting out asap or your just taking peoples money without them getting anything and being frustrated with the lack of support.

What a con. If you want anyone else in your family to be able to open/close the garage door it’ll cost you £7.99. That’s for each door you have. Two door garage that’s just shy of £16.

Really delighted but only reservation is that there appears to be no instructions on how to interface as an Amazon Alexa device. This despite all the advertising about HPC interfaces allowing it.

Paired the device really easily and the general functions of the app are great. Two issues that I’ve come across, the power went out and on its return I found the garage door open. I cannot see my garage from my house so was lucky that nothing was stolen. Which leads me onto my second issue. It would be hugely beneficial to have a notification sent to the app when the door is opened. Please bring out an update to make this happen.

Only recently had our garage door fitted and it was an easy job to pair up the app with the motor head unit. One thing is lacking though and that’s the capability of using it with the Apple Watch.

Works, however, a function to show door position would make the operator actually useful.

Having just had our garage door fitted I decided to try this app. Despite standing as close as possible to the unit and scanning the QR code the device refused to pair so after several tries and being really unclear about any advantages of the app I have now deleted it and won’t be trying again

We are unable to pair a phone. From the guidance we’ve received from the manufacturer it looks like the installer must have paired their phone while installing, and you can only install one phone which is then the master and can share access with other devices. This means the installer holds the master key to our garage, and we don’t. But the only way to reset that is to fully reset the device which will then require a skilled setup again, so we’re going to have to get the installer back in.
