First of all Thank you team.. I subscribe Krishna coming in my second pregnancy and new baby is calm and happy. As I am completely new for the concept, team guide me properly and app is ease to handle.

Worst app . I am trying to register but not able to nor the team is replying to my mail or phn call

Worst app . Payment debited but still it is not showing in this app. Already Complained via mail and call too . Still no solution has been provided by their side.

I’ve been following up regularly for last 1-1.5 months, however, there’s no support whatsoever being provided by KC team. If you can’t handle so many people, better not onboard them and worst of all don’t make false marketing claims to bait customers. This is not the kind of service I expect after paying 20K+

I saw add about this app in instagram, the workshop for garbh sanskar was offered at 299, where i hv seen other application giving similar workshop for 99 rs. Also, inside app you will notice it asks for subscriptions to workshop in order to get access for other sessions, i subscribed for the same but then also i was not able to access other sessions. It was asking for a otp which they shared after I complained them… but it was an incorrect otp. Later they told you ll have to take the course to access the sessions… in workshop also, they were trying to sell their course. M not against the course but providing misleading information saying subscribe to workshop to access other sessions and then in workshop you ask to purchase the course to access the sessions… so i dont like this misleading facts.

I’ve been using krishna coming app for over a month now. The concept of the values we get through the team is really good but the app is very average to use with many bugs. Firstly I faced issues in subscribing as it couldn’t verify OTP but the team helped in automatic subscribing process, please fix it if possible. Once we enroll, there are a few videos we can watch in the app for a given month but the video viewing experience is horrible, the videos don’t play in full screen mode and there’s a number floating around in the background as water Mark which is a poor viewing experience. Even the timings of meditation and yoga classes are not suitable for working women, so we end up watching past live sessions which again due to the poor quality video player can’t be accessed properly. I request the team to please fix these bugs as early as possible otherwise people will prefer joining other apps.
