I really like this app

I am now convinced not to use this device for rescue. Certainly not bulletproof.

I love the app, and the ability to be able to respond and receive messages on my watch. I would like to see the ability to delete text threads on the watch in a future update. Also, a swipe keyboard to make typing faster on my watch.

Your options for syncing contact via the app are either all of them, including ones you don’t want on your inReach, with no ability to remove them on the device, or none being synced and you need to add each one manually. It should not be this complicated.

Why did you take away my ability to de where I am?

What the heck !!! Now the app can’t even find it to try to reconnect it !!!

Hard to sync mini and activate.

Occasionally a message actually comes through 8 + hours later. Can’t give it a zero rating.

For over two hours the app unsuccessfully tried activating. I’m not sure if it is the app that isn’t working or the inreach messenger device. Another user’s phone app and separate device had no issues activating so I’m not sure what’s wrong on my end. Update: It finally activated a day or two later on its own but I’m now trying to change the subscription plan and I keep getting the message “Plan change failed” through the app and the subscription portal.
