I've tried a few different restaurants, and the food has always been delicious.The delivery times are usually pretty accurate, and the live tracking feature is super helpful. I also appreciate the option to schedule deliveries in advance. Overall, the app is gud and would definitely recommend it with friends

Gatoes delivery service has potential but falls short due to consistently slow delivery times. Despite a user-friendly app and an extensive selection of restaurants, the delivery delays often result in food arriving cold or soggy, which diminishes the overall dining experience. Additionally, while the customer service team is generally courteous, resolving issues related to late deliveries can be frustratingly slow. This undermines the convenience that Gatoes aims to provide. Improvements in delivery speed and more efficient customer service would greatly enhance the user experience and align with the expectations of a reliable food delivery service.

I had an issue with an order once, and the support team responded quickly and resolved the problem.Overall, I'm so impressed with gatoes and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable food delivery service

Nice App and service

Never ever use this app to order better to go restaurant or use restaurants delivery services. Their delivery persons will bluff you and deliver frozen food to you which will be tasteless then we will blame restaurants for taste but the actual fault is from the delivery persons. The delivery person took my order 30 minutes before from restaurant and then went to other locations 2 km from my place and when i called he bluffed and told i am near by and will deliver in next 5 minutes when called after 7 minutes bluffed again and told i will cancel your order to refund you. Worst service deleted my account and removed this app from my phone

Used this app around 10 times in last 3 months. Never once got my order on time. Delivery partmers are vey late, no time notifications. Very bad service. Not even comparable to what zomato or swiggy offers

Extremely horrible services. Run by Thieves and liars. Payment was debited from my account and i was left hanging in the air because their useless gateway couldnt process payment. Go for swiggy or zomato. This is a fraud business

Spam notifications
