Gaylord Hotels: Resort App

Do not bother with the way finding feature. It will have you wandering around as if you’re playing Pokémon Go. It doesn’t update as fast as you walk so it’s always rerouting you. Use a paper map and ask people for directions instead.

It shows there is family bingo but doesn’t have the time or place. This app is a waste of time.

We came here on a business trip, and even though we are busy busy, coming up to the room to relax, the tv is very very slow. We called and asked for new batteries because maybe it was the remote; they gave us a new remote (in a bag) but it didn’t help the lag when clicking through apps. The fridge is warm. The comforter has a rusty red stain on it, when calling to get some extra towels and washcloths 1. It took forever to get through and then it took forever for them to come up! They have to do better. For a resort like this- the hotel needs to be better equipped for its clients.

Didn’t work on two iPhones. Step by step routes were useless. Your Mileage May Vary.

The App would be better if it were completely accurate. Some of the restaurants change days/hours and that is not updated in the app. So I would not rely on the app to plan without confirming.

This App makes getting around Gaylord resorts a breeze. With turn by turn directions and access to all the resort has to offer it delivers a great experience and helps one manage the vast property with ease.
