Conflicts with NordVPN
I updated this application the other day and ever since, it will not function: “Communication Error.” That is, until I discovered that I have to pause my NordVPN connection if I wish to use this app in anyway - which is a bit counterproductive as I am using that software in order to protect my data. I never had any issues before I updated it.
Guys seriously this is embarrassing
Wish I could give 0. Can’t even get past the Terms and Conditions after the update. Exceptionally poor experience when I want to transfer some money out of my offset account and can’t even access it!!!
BPay or Pay Anyone Error
Using this App on iPhone 14 Max Pro the BPay or Pay anyone function DOESN’T Work and always displays a “Communication Error”. Please fix this problem as this is not an issue using the website only via the App.
Please add VPN support
Using Wi-Fi in a building and VPN is necessary for privacy. The app doesn’t work with VPN. Please add.
Minimal functionality
Really only useful to check balance. Doesn’t work with my VPN on.
Doesn’t open unreliable
Complete rubbish can’t open, can’t do any banking . Contacted bank for them to suggest I open the web page, the whole point is for an app to streamline my banking, I’m now looking to close as I can’t even rely on it to open so I can transfer to family in emergencies. Who ever got payed to upgrade this app needs to be sacked it’s a complete mess.
Stuck on the welcome screen
