I can barely log in anymore. It sometimes takes 4 or more tries to actually login so I can see my prescriptions.

This app is so unreliable. It makes me want to my prescriptions elsewhere just to avoid using this app. Half the time you can’t even log in. I do know who developed this app but they should be ashamed.

Doesn’t show the prescription quantity, the cost of prescriptions, or the patient dosage instructions (Can’t check against Good RX prices ahead of time and Pharmacists refuse to check also ahead of time). Three categories show: ‘On File’, ‘Ready to Refill’, and ‘Other ‘Rx’ doesn’t make any sense.

This app is awful. It’s so bad that I am probably going to switch pharmacies over it. It lags terribly. And often I can’t even log into it. When I do get logged in it doesn’t have my prescriptions on it I then have to log out and start the whole process over again. It needs a ton of work

I think the Giant Eagle Pharmacy app may need an update? App slow to launch or sometimes will not launch at all?

This really needs some updates or perhaps a new version. The latest version is a year old, and is pretty buggy at times. It’s difficult to know if what’s happening is a server issue or the app itself. Bug fixes and the ability to order delivery through the app would be great. Other than that it generally works fine as a simple ordering app.

Can not log in. It asks for email/password. Then when you use it it says “can’t log in because you used an email and not a username.” Try with a username and it does the same thing, can’t login without email. What is going on with this app.

Your app really needs a lot of work. I always have a hard time logging into the app. It thinks that my session has expired and says I need to log in, even after I had previously logged out of the app and closed it properly. When I finally am able to sign in again, usually after several tries, it often crashes or just takes me back to the log in page. Then the app crashes when you are finally logged in. Recently my app updated and half of my prescriptions are missing. These prescriptions had refills left and unless I had kept the prescription bottle with the script number on it, I have to re-enter the script number or call the pharmacy and ask them to refill it. It’s very frustrating to get anywhere with this app.

I have the app and it drives me insane just trying to log in. takes forever no matter where I am and if you hit remember me it goes into a loading screen to acknowledge that if my phone is lost someone can access it but the 3 loading dots never go away.

This app is a useless. You log in and it looks like it might be helpful, but nothing actually works! Is anyone at Giant Eagle (or is it Medrefill?) actually using this app? Simple functionally doesn’t work. For example, once a prescription is filled it disappears from my account. I can’t access prescription history to read important details and dosing information about the drug. The “unhide” function says there’s nothing to unhide. The only items available to view at potential refills or unused scripts. I can’t order a prescription for delivery, despite the GE website promoting this service. The “Rx Services” page fails and instead offers me a chicken for sale (no joke!)! Clearly, this app isn’t meant for an actual customer experience to manage prescriptions and healthcare. Despite its design, promotion, and promise, it’s only intent is to sell you stuff. And I see the app hasn’t been updated in over a year(!!). No wonder. Unreal. I hope you guys fix this stuff. Or hire me instead (ironically, customer experience is what a do lol).
