Had to update on 12/10. Won’t login after typing in creds. Hit sign in button but it won’t respond. Looked for new app “MyGeha” and it’s not available.

Embarrassing for a company to have such a useless app. Can’t even login. Nothing but issues. Don’t even bother.
This is the worst absolute app to have at all. If you don’t open it periodically like once a week it forces you to login again with the password, which isn’t an issue but half of the time you enter the correct password and it still locks you out, forces you to reset it and then gives the message cannot change the same password to the same password. You cannot use Face ID like I said longer then a week or two after you set it up and don’t login in for a minute.
They went backwards by taking away biometric login
What a terrible app. I was unable to search providers due to inability of accessing medical provider link. Just terrible 👎🏽
The constant password change requirement makes this app a royal pain. How often do you think people need to look at their health insurance app anyway? Seems like I have to change the password each and every time I want to access my information. Then, once in, it’s a crapshoot as to whether or not any detail is available on a claim. Usually there is not. This app has gotten progressively worse instead of better.
Still doesn’t work! Constantly have to resubmit login and create a new account every time you attempt to login! Please fix this!
The app crashes every 5 to 10 mins and does not stay logged in even after checking off the remember me box. Cannot search for providers because the app crashes too much. All the $$$ we pay and the company can’t provide a reliable app. I will be changing my family dental insurance this fall!
You can’t search for providers in network without the screen freezing. You can open up your EOB, your payment history takes 10 mins to open up and the only way to log into the app successfully is with Face ID. Typing in the username and password just fails. This app is getting worse and worse with each update. Please fix it back to the way it was two years ago.
It just spins and spins. And spins. My only hope is that they’re building a brand new app which is why they’re ignoring this one. We switched from Standard to High Option coverage this year, but unfortunately the app is the same. Sigh.
