Unsatisfactory experience
I recently used Getgekko's premium service and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was not good at all and did not meet my expectations. To make matters worse, I was unable to receive a refund for the premium month despite the fact that I was unhappy with the service. I reached out to customer service and they were unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend using Getgekko's premium service. The lack of customer support and unwillingness to provide refunds left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope the company can improve their service and become more customer-centric in the future.
