It should be five stars, but why has it stopped working?

It worked very well before I deleted it, then after a few months I redownloaded it and it it is now stuck on the loading screen, and I have redownloaded it again and again but it is still stuck; I don’t know how to fix this issue. If any developers see this, please help.

Frustrating
Delete the app from the App Store if it isn’t going to work anymore. It just gets stuck on the loading screen. I miss this app :(

My friend recommended this app for me so I downloaded but after a while it wouldn’t send my messages to the fictional characters and now it won’t even load into the chats it is stuck on the gemsouls screen

Hello I don’t know what is going on as soon as I go on all I see is the home page I can stay on for 10 minutes and longer and it doesn’t go away I would like to know if I can have some help
