General Accident Telematics

I’ve been on countless journeys but it says I haven’t driven at all. The black box is fitted correctly but it won’t track anything.

I have the right username and password (can log in the website) but it doesn’t let me log in?

Terrible app, it won’t let me reset my password because it doesn’t even send me the email when it says it has

App works great, easy to set up. Haven’t experienced any problems.

Scoring system is joke pretty sure they randomly select my score after every drive.

An extremely unreliable and slow app, even when I wanted to RENEW my policy I could not even get to the payment stage because it would constantly stop and a random loading sign would pop up (of which you cannot get rid of unless you close the app and start all over again). I can’t believe an online insurance company could be have such a bad online app, abit contradictory.

According to this app I have driven to the middle of the Antarctic Ocean in 15 minutes. When I only nipped to the shop. So unless Sponge Bob Square Pants has stolen my car then I have got a clue what's going off with it!!!

The app is VERY glitchy on iPhones. It constantly bugs and says that an update is required, even if there is no update available. At this point it is unusable as when it bugs you can’t log in and check you profile and it’s just an update screen. On the rare occasions when the app is working the measurements are buggy. For exactly the same route I always get different mileage. The “time of day” score is always low and there is no explanation on how to fix it or when it’s best to drive. Sorry, but 11am or 14pm to me seems like a normal time, but unfortunately, to the app it’s not. It’s very frustrating, especially taking into account that customer support don’t really care and don’t bother responding to emails or troubleshoots.

The app works fine…scores are very inconsistent and not accurate at all. Contacted them to only be told that it is what it is…would not recommend anyone to get General Accident car insurance!!!

Can’t login. I think the app is completely broken, I wouldn’t even bother with it. As a business owner I cannot for the life of me understand why they haven’t worked on this app and invested in the customer experience. Any good reviews here were written by the company themselves.
