All previous Genie account data is lost completely
It is absolutely disgraceful that developers did not even bother to migrate the data from previous version of the app (old Genie) to this new “Genie Super App”. No payment methods, no payees, no transaction history. It is not a rocket science to take the old database and to import the data to the new database. OK, maybe payment methods migration was problematic because of security concerns (however I don’t think it was impossible – it is doable, I know!). But instead the developers decided that the users shall take their time and to enter all the payees details and payment methods from scratch! This is disrespectful.
