Worth it!
I started using genius during lockdown when I wanted to start working on personal development at 20 years old as I had dreams on being really successful in my career (personal trainer) but I knew mindset was my biggest limiter. At the same time I started going to therapy and discovered the reason for my stuck and negative mindset was my dad being an abusive narcissist and my mom was a pessimist and they both had negative and closed mindsets which I learnt from them. As a result I developed an eating disorder and codependency as a coping mechanism. Over the last 2 years of consistently listening to genius workshops (which I now listen to daily) and genius meditations I've had so much personal growth. For the last year I've been the top trainer in my company out of 250 trainers and I'm ready for my next challenge and moving into leadership. I'm a completely different person now and when j take a break from genius I notice a difference in having a more negative mindset and my mood isn't the same
