I’ve never used worse! Freezes when scrolling, exits the location when I only wanted to go out of an item… highly frustrating and such a shame!!! Bet it loses sales on a regular basis! It certainly has with me this evening!

Great products for reasonable prices but it never lets you know when an item is back in stock or have a notification about it being on sale. Delivery fee could be free if you spend a certain amount & the app could really do with improvement. Even when entering the physical store, some of the products are scattered everywhere & their multipack clothing has been opened up & missing something.

Voucher didn’t work on the app but otherwise easy to use

Kept crashing & deleting items from basket so I dont actually know now what Ive got!!!😡

The app seems to constantly refresh even when scrolling through items, it refreshes and restarts at the top - very frustrating

Cancelled my order . No reason given. Upon calling apparently in got lost

Your new Customer services is absolutely terrible on the telephone.

This app needs to be updated desperately! For instance, if I went into women’s accessories, to view one product, it’s impossible to go one step back, it takes you all the way back to the start. Even today, I went to earn points, I could not go one step back to the pervious page. Absolutely ridiculous, George is such a big company and the app is terrible!

Great quality clothing, perfect for work and they wash really well.

Hopefully George asda will make more great clothes
