This bunch took £64 out of my account even though I never actually signed up for a subscription, they refused point blank to refund me until I took it to my bank who thankfully, DID manage to get my £64 back from them. All I’m saying is BEWARE because, they never answered my emails, all I got was an automated reply, this went on for days until my bank intervened on my behalf.
Cancelled subscription before the end of the trial- had 2 months subscriptions taken from me. E mail responses from them make no sense, they don’t seem to read them. Don’t bother downloading. I want my money back but they are avoiding the request.
This app made me sign up for a weekly subscription to try find my mums lost phone which was no use to me as you have to have the app downloaded on both phones beforehand in order to track it. I emailed them numorous times to cancel my trial but no response then they charged me £31.50 1 month later without telling me and still wont reply nor refund me. Its a scam!
It doesn’t work. Misses out my own journeys.. the times of journeys are incorrect if people are abroad. It’s too easy for someone to disable and you not know where they are.
This site makes it impossible to cancel any subscription, do not join
I try to find my friends stolen phone via the app. After already making some payments to receive the last known location and downloading the app there was a further paywall asking for more money. Frustrated by this I decided not to go ahead only to be charged £31 a week later without me knowing anything about this payment. I would like a refund for this last payment
Don’t waste your money, they don’t even offer a refund. It doesn’t not work for certain things.
I live in Scotland when I tried this out using my own number the app said I was in London about 600 miles south of me. Not going to be able to keep track of loved ones if this is the level of accuracy.
I checked out this site paid £1 and now £38.99 goes out my account every month and I don’t even have the app….. it’s impossible to cancel and a complete nightmare….. no one wants to talk to you and I am being rinsed without even using the app
Very bad. Charged my card with no possibility to refund. Just after free trial. No email nothing charged automatically for the whole year.
