Crashes every time I try to schedule a ride.

I saw two empty cars pass me today, so I tried to use the app to get one. All the app said was: Looking for available drivers.

I love the idea of Gest and when it works, it’s awesome. My issue is that 95% of the time I call a Gest cart, a driver never picks up. And yes, I’m only using the app during business hours. (Do the drivers even use the app?) Further, the app freezes on me half the time. I’ve had better luck flagging down a cart on the street. The drivers are really nice - I wish there was a way to tip via credit card.

Great new way to get around Downtown Detroit!

Love to be able to use the service but the app keeps crashing. Try to reinstall but doesn’t make a difference. Oh well, I guess it’s back to Uber and Lyft.

Please fix this… ASAP

I look forward to trying this service but for now it doesn’t work. Crashes upon opening.

How are you even providing the service if no one can use the app?? The email and phone number doesn’t work either.

Really wanted to learn more about this service since it’s launching in my city in a few days. Like other reviews said, it crashes every time I launch the app after signing up. Also, no support for this. Please fix otherwise Charlotte won’t be able to use this when you launch!

It would be great if i could use the app, but it crashes as soon as it is opened.
