Gesture - Gift Delivery App

Gesture made it super easy to quickly send a thank you to a client. I didn’t need to wrangle his address or anything. Affordable too.

There should be a way to add multiple items in the shopping cart. Currently, you can only add one item (or group of items) from the selection. For example, I liked some flowers that were not associated with anything else i.e. a bottle of wine. Therefore, I wanted to send some flowers and a cake, but I couldn’t. I had to just one or the other.

Great user experience, user friendly and super easy to navigate. Makes gifting a delightful experience rather than a chore, highly recommend this app!

I ordered twice with this company.The first time I placed an order it was great the person who received the love the flowers. It was her birthday. They were running late and the order has to go to a different address because she was not gonna be there after the time that we set. OK fine. Now the second order I pleased was for my coworker last day at work. In the order of it said it was delivered but she never received them. I wrote an email to customer service and they told me that they can reset it again they had a problem. I told him fine but why did they say it was delivered and it wasn’t. It’s on me they apologize for the inconvenience I will place another order the next day. And nothing…. I emailed the person who is helping me again to let them know what was going on. Yet again the flower shop had an issue.They told me that they gonna try again the next day. And for my inconvenience he’s going to give me a credit so I could send something to someone else. Told him thank you. Till this DayThe flowers never received. I have emailed customer service to give me back my money. No on reply and still haven’t received my money back and that credit that I was told I was given never was given a credit. never going to buy from this place again. thank you for your service

My new go-to for sending gifts. So easy, no need to remember anyones address, and so fast!

I’ve been in touch with their support person Brian Ross who has attempted to escalate the same refund (from an undelivered item). This has been since March 2nd, but I’ve had no response on numerous emails to the support inbox, nor from their live-chat option. A simple refund should not be this difficult but I’ve been awaiting any response for weeks. Not sure how else to escalate this!
