Good app but
Wish it could send notifications when unlocking your phone and have a feature where it’s on the lock screen like the timer app.

Set a timer length and then push the start button. Now anytime you leave the app while the timer is still active you will be sent funny and inspirational notifications every 2 – 10 seconds. This will happen every time you leave the app until the timer is back to zero.
These notifications help you stay focused by making it harder to use your phone for things like social media and texting as well as reminding you that you shouldn’t be on your phone. Staying off your phone and eliminating distractions has never been this easy.
Limiting your phone usage allows you to focus on important things like homework, studying, reading, or even just being present in your daily life with friends and family.
SCHEDULE SESSIONS – Schedule sessions in advance by setting a time during the day, choosing whether you want them to repeat on certain days of the week, and setting a duration. Want to be off your phone at 8am Monday thru Friday for 4 hours? Done. Easy peasy.
TAGS – Set up to three tags for each session. These tags allow you to keep track of what you worked on during the time you were off your phone. You can then check how often and for how many hours/minutes you have used these tags.
NOTIFICATIONS – The notifications are what keeps you focused and off your phone. You can customize the frequency and theme of them. You can set the frequency anywhere from 2 to 10 seconds. You can also change the text of the notifications to various fun themes such as movie quotes, inspirational quotes, or you can make them mean to give you that extra bit of inspiration to get back to work.
HISTORY – At any time you can check the history of sessions to see what you worked on in the past. You’ll see when you were off your phone and what you did while off of it.
EMERGENCY OFF – Emergencies come up, you probably don’t want to be yelled at by your phone for being on it when an emergency comes up. That’s why we created an emergency off button. This will turn off ALL notifications from the app for 5 minutes.

Lacks functionality
I bought the premium, the emergency shut off doesn’t stop the timer it just stops the notifications. If you need to reset your time count for any reason you have to wait until the previous timer is finished. So if you put a timer for an hour and have to stop it for any reason it won’t stop and after the 5 minutes emergency shutoff it’ll start sending notifications non stop lol
Good but one strange thing
It’s a good app and it works but uuuumm it calls me John Doe and I have no clue who that is my name is Elodie.?!
It won’t shut up
I got it to start being more self aware about just how much I’m on my phone but everytime I start the timer and set my phone down to study, it decided to start blowing my phone up and it wouldn’t stop. I put my phone on silent but the vibration still made noise and my screen still lit up. I’m also not sure why my music stopped playing a few times while the timer was in use.
Allow stopping a running timer
To the developer: I really like the idea. Downloaded the app immediately. I know your objective is to help me stay off my phone. However, your objective must also be to keep your app installed on my phone. If I can’t stop a running timer without uninstalling the app, how does that help you?
Horrible
I got the app and I had it for like to seconds and it was telling me to get off my phone so I did and then when my phone was shut off every 2 seconds it would send me notifications to get off my phone when I wasn’t even on my phone plus it was sending me stupid notifications if any one gets this app I am sorry for you I hated this app it was horrible I had to delete it because it was so annoying witch with me when a app is bad I just keep it on my phone anyway but for this app I had to delete it!😒😒😒😤🙄🙄🙄

I’ve used this app for a day but I can tell the developers put a lot of work into it, great app will use it everyday

I do spend to much time on my phone and I like that I found something I can use to stay off of my phone 👍🏻😊

I'm in high school and struggle with procrastination like everyone else. This app let's me get my work done and keeps me off my social media. So thank you!!!
Music Compatible?
I can’t stand working in silence so I used the app as directed except I had music playing. It continually gave me the notifications even though I hadn’t left the app and my phone was locked. I turned off lockscreen notifications to get around it but I shouldn’t have to resort to that. Is the app really against music playing when the phone is locked or is this a bug? Either way it needs to be fixed.
