The Energy Project’s App is a ritual builder and energy tracker designed to help you fuel the healthy habits that increase performance and boost wellbeing at work.
With the app, you can build up to 12 rituals across four dimensions of energy: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. For each of these dimensions, there are 3 rituals, ranging from improving sleep and prioritizing your day to taking care of yourself and developing greater appreciation.
In the My Journey section of the app, you can also track energy levels over time and see detailed information on performance. This data can help you understand which rituals have the biggest impact on energy as well as the areas where you could use a little more practice.
