My last review was deleted, let’s try this again! App is useless, cannot use to order anything or do anything useful with the app. Only good for finding get go locations but that’s what maps is for. Needs fixed asap!

I’ve never had a physical advantage card nor have I ever been offered one + they keep changing my digital barcode number which is so annoying if you have a screenshot shared with family.

Another giant egg laid by software writers working for Giant Eagle. This app is in competition with many well functioning apps to be used at nearby feeding stations. YOU CAN’T ORDER, CANNOT CHECK MENU AND PRICES.

We’re continuing to get screwed and GetGo is one of the worst!

This app is terrible can’t even order anything because it won’t let me pick which location very frustrating

I get on the app and everything and can’t order anything. I can’t do what it’s intended for

I need the ability to add my card to Apple wallet. Giant eagle seems to be the only card I can’t add to Apple wallet. This is important since the barcode doesn’t scan so easily if you are trying to use it at the pump

Downloaded the GetGo app and signed up for advantage pay thinking I could save a few cents per gallon…. WRONG!!!! They took 4 days to process my payment, I had forgotten all about it… when they went to take the money it wasn’t there so my bank rejected it… a few days later they tried again, and it went through but not only did they take the 40$ for gas, they took an addition 50$ for a fee!!!!!!!!!! Should be called “Disadvantage pay”!

While trying to place an order, I was initially able to choose my items but then when it came time to pay for the order, the screen would gray out slightly and nothing would happen. Tried closing the app and trying again. Removing and reinstalling yielded worse results as I wasn’t able to even select WHERE I wanted to order, let alone get to where I could select my items.

Can't pick a different Get Go. When I click on order here it just stays on the map and nothing changes.
