Can’t track orders made. Search app is terrible. Overall below par.

I am most annoyed that I wasted 6 Hours , for delivery of my order item . My impression of That Get it has been tarnished, I trust this is not the way That Get it wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have faced the same in third time such treatment to me . More than market value and not maintained the timing. Its not at all good with out inform to the customer.

I purchased 2 times through get it. First time I got 10 riql discount for the first time purchase too. if you compare the rates of products with local market it looks cheaper BUT we can't select the good one that is what happened with second order they sent what ever is with them irrespective of quality.. And when I reported they said extremely sorry for what they did...just like slapping on someones face and saying sorry to them... Because they don't have a quality control.. Funny fact is they missed few items to sent but managed to keep the bill amount same by adding up weight of other items... I didn't noticed while collecting because it was almost the bill amount I was expecting but later identified they missed something ... And I reported again and very glass to say they said extremely sorry again... Wow..i am done with it...un installing the app too...

Please don’t buy any material in this getit service. They will deliver the materials as their wish and the vegetables quality is to throw to the garbage. They will not deliver the complete materials.my strong recommendations to avoid purchase in GETIT. Don’t waste your money in GETIT GETIT means not the shopping items,you will get Tension by seeing their services and material quality

They did not respond to my order. Waiting for long time and After the delivery time when I called back, they say it is not despatched yet. Very very disapponting and poor attitude. I would have given 0 stars if it was available.
