Fokusproblem bei kleinen Belegen/Zoom
Ist der Beleg klein, kann man nicht nah dran gehen, denn dann verliert die Kamera den Fokus. Nur von weiter weg erkennt die App den Beleg, dich dann ist die Schrift sehr klein/schlecht aufgelöst.

seit langer Zeit, nichts passiert
Die App ist seit langer Zeit echt schlecht. Vor mehr als 12 Monaten angesprochen, nichts passiert. Und das für mehr als tausend Euro im Jahr. Das ist krass schwach!
Keine Belge aus Datein
Es kommen Belege per Mail und wenn ich ein Bildschirmfoto davon erstelle, kann ich das nicht verwenden. Das es nur auf „Fotos aufnehmen“ eingeschränkt ist, macht es nicht flexibel genug. Hier könnte man nachbessern.
Focus lost
Kleine Belege werden nicht scharfgestellt, wenn ma so nah rangeht, das der Automatikmodus anfängt zu arbeiten - ärgerlich besonders bei Tankbelegen. Beim iPhone 15 Pro scheint es, als ob nur eine Linse der Kamera genutzt wird. Bitte nachbessern! Das sollte in 2024 kein Thema mehr sein.
Schlecht umgesetzt
Sehr schwach… im Vergleich zu Apple Notizen „Dokumente Scannen“ sieht das hier aus als hätte man das Dokument schlecht abfotografiert statt wie ein Scan. Außerdem erkennt er das Dok wenn es nicht astrein daliegt (Faltknicke) super schlecht bis nicht 😕 Und das mit iPhone 15 Pro und top Licht! 👎 Damit macht es keinen Sinn leider seine Rechnungen einzuscannen…

Neue Firma eintragen funktioniert nicht mit App, Mann muss in Computer das machen, was sehr mühsam ist.

Really disappointed!!!!
Lädt Belege nicht hoch
Bleibt nach dem Scan immer bei „extrahiere Daten“ hängen, und es wird nichts hochgeladen. Außerdem ist die Belegerfassung schlecht programmiert, man muss alles sehr genau ausrichten.
App funktioniert sehr gut… aber
… warum kann man nicjt auch die Dokumente sehen, die schon abgelegt sind??? Kommt das noch?
