GetOutPass is a subscription-based fun pass. As a member, you will enjoy admission and access to many venues at no additional charge! You can save thousands of dollars while having tons of fun at a wide variety of venues for one low yearly fee!
Sign Up
Click on the link below to begin the sign-up process. We will ask for your basic information (nothing too personal!) and how many passes you would like to purchase. You will be the master accountholder for your family and your email address will be your username. If you have any relatives or friends that would be better served to have their own login and access to their account on their own phone, please have them sign up under a separate account! You will then need to agree to our terms of service and enter your credit card information.
Log In
Once you Sign up you will be logged in and asked to create your member profiles. Once you add all of your family members and create their passes, you will immediately be able to start using your pass and redeem offers at our venues! If you ever log out, you will simply need to log in again through our website. Remember your username and password!
Browse Venues and Offers
After you sign up and log in, you will have access to all your offers! Some can be used once a year, multiple times per year, monthly, and some are even weekly or unlimited! Pay attention to what is available on the day you’d like to visit a particular venue. Each offer gives details as to when it is available and how frequently you can use that offer.
Select a Venue
Simply select the offer you wish to use. After this, you will be asked to choose which members on your account will be joining you at the venue. Then you will hit “REDEEM”.
Redeem Offer
Once you are sure you’d like to use your pass and redeem the offer, you will have 6 hours to visit the venue and present your pass by using your phone to the employee at the venue. They will hit the red “VENUE ACCEPT” on your phone and give you admission or access to the venue! Once the red “VENUE ACCEPT” button has been pressed, or the 6 hour clock has expired, you will no longer be able to use that pass until it becomes available to you again, depending on the frequency that the offer is available (unlimited, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc).

Excellent

Buying the pass on sale it totally worth it… we use it everywhere we go in the state… the customer service is excellent with the built in chat feature as well!

Glitches

Constantly not working in buildings when we try to get into a venue! So frustrating! The people that hosts the venues are often aware of the problem as well. Get it together.

Unable to log in

Last year we had passed and they were wonderful! I bought them as gifts for almost everyone I know this year and now I can’t log in to my account on the app AND the website. Frustrating.

Many merchants don't honor pass

I purchased this pass because I also have the Pogo Pass (which I love) and I assumed that the GetOutPass would be similar. I have tried using it at several different merchants and many of them will not honor the pass. Recently when I have tried using the pass it tells me that there is nothing available for use. It's extremely frustrating!

Beware the auto-renew

Get Out asks for your card info when you sign up using a promo code and does not make it obvious that it intends to charge you for automatic renewal. When it took my card number I went looking through the actual site and found the toggle option for auto-renewal (not an option on the app as far as I can tell), which is set to “on” by default. If you use this service, take the time to find that setting and shut it off or prepare to get charged after you have completely forgotten about it.

Horrible service and false advertising

Be wary I bought a pass with the first amusement park being six flags something mountain and the pass never worked so I bought a day pass after buying get out pass and requested a refund not to mention they charged me a subscription fee and I didn’t even get to use the pass I still want my refund I have not received also they said the reason it didn’t work was because six flags wasn’t apart of the pass but literally was the first place it mentioned. I hope someone can help me get my money back because that was the whole reason I bought this pass!!

I got it from Groupon and it look fun but no.

I bought it in groupon it shows the roller coaster and it says get pass in amusement park but it was not lame they partner with LuV 2 play and it just for little kids. They partner like away from our city that waste of time and gas because it’s not fun to go to.

Scam!!!!!!
