GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides

I just downloaded the app now and wanted to request for a ride for Monday I did request and got a call from the driver that the price I payed was not the one showing in his app so I should cancel they’ll refund me . I did cancel but I’m not getting the refund in my account. It’s showing in the app …. Why? I need it in my account where it was sent from.. pls get back to me

We had a very good driver. I forgot my ipad in the car and he returned it to me. Good price
