Reporting function? Weekly/Monthly cost saving. How to use the app function? Website also dont give that info. Product serms ok

Connection keeps dropping and saying not available. Settings selections/changes in app don’t update correctly. Useless app Geyser can’t be accessed remotely as advised. ZERO STARS!!!

It had so much potential. The app reads from the geyser unit but doesn't update new values. Keeps refreshing contradicting previous readings. Its a mess and frustrating

I cannot set timer via iPhone. Error message "value must be date or time". Also PV setpoint limited to only 70C is undesirable.

The App is really not good. You have a great product and it really has good potential but the app is soooo slow and unstable. Please work on this! The latest version is much slower than the previous version. For the money we pay for this system surely we expect much better!

This app is very unstable, unuseable in any meaningful way, not well thought-out and poorly designed. The iPhone 4 was decades ago. We need to move on. You need to close and open the app every 15 seconds to get anything to work. It seems to run out of ideas as soon as you launch it. There is no way to tell how much power the GeyserWorx unit is making from the solar PV panels, or putting out to the water heaters. Basics! Please go back to the drawing board and rebuild this from scratch. Happy to lend a hand if you need fresh ideas.
