Measured values do not appear on the chart. Scale is great. Obtains a reading quickly.

Bought the scale for my 4 month old. I’ve manually entered in the historical weight data into the app, and only about 30% of them are appearing on the graph, though they all seem to appear in the detailed list view. Also, new weights when measured using the scale while paired with my phone are recorded in the detailed view, but also don’t appear on the graph. My wife uses the same account as me, but only three of the historical data points are available to her (meaning some appeared, but the other six or so measurements didn’t, even though they were all entered into the app the exact same way). Furthermore, the tutorial notes that when clicking on a particular date in the detailed view should show the detailed data for that day. For me it doesn’t, it just shows a blank screen with the date on top. Because of this, the app provides zero value.

The scale resolution is 0.01lbs. Why did you remove the ability to manually add weights in that resolution? You can only add to 0.1lbs. 3-10-24 UPDATE: The ability to add precise measurement was added back in an update. Thank you, appreciate it! However, they removed the ability to leave the birth length and weight blank. I don’t know these values so I’m forced to fill in dummy data just so I can save updates to a baby profile. This messes up the chart trendline. Please allow saving a baby profile without having to provide birth length and weight. Thank you.

I like this scale, but don’t know how to use it because the in app video instructions don’t load

The scale is nice and the Bluetooth syncing works well in my experience, which was the primary reason I purchased this scale. But the app is too basic and the developers don’t seem to care since the last update was over three years ago. I will pay a small premium if you put out a decent app with the following minimal basic features: 1) lost history, ability to remove blank week entries 2) more precise graphing parameters— the current history input is useless 3) ability to export data to exchange 4) ability to print lists and charts by exporting to pdf The last one would be most helpful for bringing my cat’s history to the vet. At it stands now, I’ll still using an external spreadsheet for tracking. (Off topic: if you are using the related scale for felines, placing a folded towel on it will help make them less jittery.) 2 stars for the app just for existing.

The app tutorial videos will not play and when I enter my daughters birth date, it automatically changes it to the next day. Her birthday is 2/1 and the app changes it too 2/2

Great scale, add mode for storing animals please!

Well the help videos in the app don’t work. Doesn’t even play it just times out. Then i can’t get the scale to give me a weight. Just showing dash lines.

I‘m rating this 2-stars mainly because the app appears to be abandoned - last time it was updated was 2 years ago. There are so many basic features missing: Import/export data, graph for custom date range (currently you can only view prior week, prior month, or All), quick Unit (cm v. inches) toggle (currently you have to go to Settings), View graph of multiple kids at once (hello… twins!), to name a few. Unfortunately you don’t have the option to use a different app with the Smart Baby scale, so you are stuck with the app.
