I can’t get my confirmation code after typing my phone number

I have been enthusiastically encouraging all my contacts to download this App and help bring our country into the 21st Century. I had 6 digital addresses saved when I went to Ghana in April 2018 and set the App up there. It is designed to be set up in Ghana before it would then give you your location coordinates outside Ghana. Sadly the last update of the App has cleared my 6 saved digital addresses, and the App is asking me to register my address again, as if it is my first use! I live in the UK and so I have to wait till my next trip to Ghana, whenever that might be. Until then I cannot use the App in any shape or form from outside Ghana. I am frustrated by the loss of the saved addresses which are for places I would need to visit again, and also give out to others. I had no other copy saved anywhere else because I did not expect the App to sabotage itself. If I am asked to give the digital address of my house in Ghana, I cannot do so right now. Could the Developers please fix this serious bug at the first opportunity, as it does not bode well for the rapid uptake the App deserves. Thank you. E Asante, UK.
