This is one thing that ruins it for the app. You click a supplement, and there is no way to see the ingredients. Not only can you not even see a picture of the label, there is no tab, drop down box, description or anything that shows you what’s in it. So you have to go to the website. This should be standard and not missing.

Loyalty page is broken. Redeemed a code, never got my points, website claims code is redeemed

So this app used to be great & I used to be able to track my points & see which items I purchased for the first time in the fun badges. Well for last year I haven't been able to see any of that on the app. Even when I would delete it & re-download it. Today I tried adding the code I got with the Welches Legendary powder & it said it was added but I have no idea if it actual was. I was hoping this would be fixed by now as it's been a year & I once loved using the app, but I guess not. Still use their website to check on things but the app was just more convenient. Hope this get resolved soon so I can enjoy the app once more.

I love the fact that I don’t have to go on any browsers! The only suggestion I have is I wish there were Nutritional facts just mainly to see which items are Gluten Free/Dairy Free

Love their whey protein but ive only ordered from tiktok shop and amazon before. Using their app i couldnt get my payment to work, it would charge my card then refund me as it canceled the order, tried another card, same thing. Only thing that worked was express checkout through apple pay.

The new update don’t let you see your points and neither you badge

I’ve been using ghost for years now and i’ve gotten great results with also the best flavors on the market. This is the only brand I will use now hands down. Love the bundles with free shakers and accessories, all around fantastic!

You should fix the bug that doesn’t allow you to set your birthdate in your account profile… Also why isn’t your 5 lb containers of whey available on the app? And you should add Original Oreo Whey to your 5 lb container product line

I like the app very much but the one thing that would make it 1000% better is if the app also sold their energy drinks on here
