Great customer service and really customer-friendly GBT App.

I have a Bank of America account now since 1980. Their app is far better. I still use it to pay some bills. I had moved all my payees to GBT and hate your app. So I moved many back to BoA, except those needing Louisiana sourced checks. I keep $40,000 there for those bills.

Some people enjoy their bank for so many different reasons, but at this point…I absolutely love easy banking! I love the fact that I can go threw the drivethru and the teller knows my name. I’m fascinated with how easy it is to maneuver online compared to other banks. Keep up the good work GBT…your people are counting on you to keep it safe and easy.

The worst banking app i ever dealt with, it has been 4 days, I’m trying to login l. it won’t let me its so slow and useless, i might change banks cus i can’t keep up with my account status

I love my back. GBT is great. What’s not great is the app isn’t working. It’s such a headache. I’m starting to think they need to create a whole new app.

App worked perfectly but I’m not sure what’s been going on lately but the mobile app has been having Problems connecting and it won’t allow me to access my accounts.

This app has been giving me a headache, have forgotten my password and I can’t just find a place on the app to reset that.
