Double security Oh… I too tired!

Iv spent 50 gbp on using my maps in under 3 hours of use in 2 days. You should be shut down for fraud

I have been a giffgaff customer for well over ten years. Because I was locked out of the country during Covid, my account was dormant. I paid for tip ups periodically via the website only to learn that it was to some scammer - how was this allowed to happen? Now I have had my SIM card disabled and had to get a new one, but am not being allowed to transfer my original phone number (which has been my number for over 20 years) for reasons no one can explain because the support is so completely HOPELESS! I also want to change my new user name and the system won’t even allow me to do that unless I fly to the moon and back. I used to think giffgaff was second to none and now I have zero time for it and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy

GIFFGAFF has to be the most clumsy, nil transparency telco service on the planet. Credit just disappears. No logic to the service. Went to buy a second hand phone and they would only send it to my home in Australia. I am in UK and my (lost) phone is also somewhere in 50 mt of water in the UK. I give myself an uppercut the last two times I have given GIFFGAFF a second chance. Stop the juvenile being hip/funny. Just Lear to provide a simple easy to use non ripoff service and stay out of my like. You are about as important to me as a salt shaker on a table or a beer coaster under my pint. Do you job and get out of my life. Hate you guys. Can’t wait to cut up your SIM.

Refused to recognise that I already have an activated Sim. Total waste of my time.

No way to contact them to get help apart from some articles, which, as usual, do not deal with the problem. Password recovery is very poor: the “send to email” option did not work.

Really poorly designed apps. Not at all user friendly and you don’t have convenient way to look at your current usage of data under your plan.

User friendly app, easy to see data usage and to top up payments. However every time you send a text your whole screen gets a pop up saying you have a balance of £0- even though you have a plan paid for for another month.

Not able to track data or phone usage on AS YOU GO plan so you use it up too fast and run out too quickly therefore having to spend more money to top up. Very useless app! So I’ve gone over to TESCO’s mobile plan and their app is heaps better.

I have top up £10 to my payg. The data went within a couple of day. I still have no idea how much data gets me for -£10. I search the website and the App. There is no Mention or it and are happy to take the money.
