My favourite place in the world.

I’d like to that all the staff at the hotel for making our 33rd wedding Anniversary extra special from arriving to leaving. The food on the six course tasting menu and the ten where out of this world. So a very big thank you too you all for making our stay extra special. Everything is incredible, the rooms, the staff, the food at both Spice and Source are meals you’ll remember. The spa experience with a champagne hot tub finish whilst watching the sunset. ‘Magical’ as an adjective doesn’t do it justice!! It’s better.

Owner is the most arrogant hotelier I have ever met. I would only go back if he left!

Overall we left disappointed after our visit. We found crumbs on the carpet of our £305 a night room. Two of the lamps had bulbs that didn’t work! This was quickly rectified by taking two bulbs out of a different two lamps in the room, however after having dinner and returning to our room, the bulbs hadn’t been replaced in the bedside lamps? Not really 5 Star. The staff were lovely however this issued should have been resolved when we had gone to eat. It feels a little picky but cmon it’s over £300 a night!
