Disappointed
I have never come across a company like giva in my life. I’m so frustrated with there services and customer support team. These people can’t go beyond there SOPs but always ask customer to compromise with their lame excuses .They treat your complaint as an exception case but can’t give you resolution with an exception. Its been more than a month I’m facing problem, but no one is ready to help me. Please don’t waste your precious time with this FRAUD company as in return you will not get anything but disappointment. I wish I could give rating in minus.
Poor and Worst quality of Products
I’ve bought a ring from Giva and when I unboxed it one diamond was fell off and got replacement for it after More than 10 days and now from that replacement ring also 02 diamonds fell off now I am too much frustrated and never ever gonna buy anything from Giva Giva guys you all ruined my moments and money Thanks for poor quality products 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Don’t order Rakhi Extremely Unsatisfactory Brand and Customer Service
I have ordered on 11th July 24 but ordered was just confirmed but not shipped. And when i have raised a concern first they told that is out of stock then i have argued that is still showing in stock how it can be out of stock. Now they have come up by saying that you have ordered a QTY 1 as its minimum requirement is 12 QTY and now they are forcing me to cancel order. Please think thrice before placing gift order for someone.
Worst experience….fraudulent company
I hv ordered a replating of the set which i bought from giva….it got picked up by its courier partner….but now they are denying any pickup done by them neither i hv received any update in the app…they are neither providing any refund….instead they asking me to find and connect to the delivery staff…indie jewel is a fraud company….giva and indie jewels both are just scam
Unacceptable response from the service team
This is to inform that I had placed an order on 12th July. And from the past 4 days, I have been getting a reply “sorry for the delay, we will dispatch your order in next 24-48 hrs”. I mean this is just not done. Just tell clearly whether it will be dispatched or not… Also, 4 mails from 4 different executives… ughhh, How am I supposed to explain the whole scene to everyone everytime???? Just making Ma’am Anushka the brand ambassador doesn’t gives you success…. Continue service and responsibility is equally important… Please improve guys… you spoiled my mood and the surprise that I had planned for someone.
After Service is Rubbish !
Purchased a product on feb, it’s July now, plating already faded, tried to claim the warranty, couldn’t make it through my phn. Raised a complaint,got a call afterwards stating that my problem will be resolved and my product will be picked up within 72 hrs. Such a joke! I never asked for refund or a replacement, i just needed my piece to fix the fading issue. Such Bullocks service. I way beyond disappointed.
Don’t refund me
Giva is one of the worst app. I ordered 2 pair of chain box with pendant. 5 days completed, ordered was not shipped only confirmed. I cancelled it. I ordered prepaid. Giva didn’t refund me amount is above 3000 rupees. How I feel now . I don’t express. Please refund my amount.
Extremely bad customer care support.
They owe no responsibility to product whether its delivered by their delivery partners or not and person have to wait for soo long for just one solution. Made a mistake.
Worst quality product
Giva has worst quality product, have purchased few items from them and they all started getting black in just 15days that too without use or wear! They just selling cheap quality jewelry, worst experience!
