Really sad with this awful and age old app. Can’t believe as the other Bank’s apps are so modern and user friendly that you don’t have to think about how to navigate through the app or how to make transfers, access your statements etc. Here in this app: 1. It makes it such a terrible experience navigating through your transaction that you give up trying it as it takes too long to update and go to the next number of transactions. 2. You login to your app but as soon as you log out and obviously when you’re trying to log out the phone is in front of you, so it immediately scan your face again and log you back in. I have to force quit my app every time. 3. Can’t access my statements from iPhone app or Mac safari. 4. Can’t transfer funds to my loan account from the app. 5. Can’t access my loan account from the app. 6. Setting up auto transfer is such a task similar to rocket launching. 7. More than half of the features don’t work on the app as well as Mac safari. I have no words to explain that how bad my experience is so far with this banking app as well as the Mac safari web version. Really hard to accept such a poor performing app and website I this modern era. I always to think many times before login in and do something as there are hardly any chances that it’ll be done quickly or it’ll be ever accomplished. I would have given it zero or negative stars if allowed to. Terrible experience.
App is always freezing and locking me out of my account resulting in having to call customer service. In a year this has happened 6 times!
I constantly need to call the bank and reset my password. The app locks me out of my account. It says I have an incorrect password and it locks me out. My password/credentials are correct. It’s very frustrating
Ive been super frustrated with the app. I try to make a transfer, click transfer from, and it doesn't show my account to transfer from. I hope they can update it to make it easier to make transfers.
App frequently doesn't load, sometimes shows inaccurate balance information. Just generally horrible.
This app and bank used to be good. Then they changed things early 2022. Suddenly they started shuffling around the date of when things come out of accounts which causes overdrafts, not waiting the 24 hours to charge overdraft fees, and repeated messing up to the point I can’t help but see it as intentional. There has been too many things to count. My family went years without overdraft fees, this past year overdraft fees have cost my family thousands of dollars. There are serious flaws if not moral corruption. I cannot recommend this in the slightest.
Just switched over to this bank and it’s been rough to say the least. The bank is great, the app is absolutely archaic. I’m pretty confused as to why the developers know how bad their app is (how can you ignore all of these horrible reviews?) but they won’t update it to 2023 standards… feels like something I was using in 2004. Clunky, slow, ugly interface and not user friendly at all, limited options to do things yourself within the app, I mean the list goes on and on. They really could take a note on mobile banking from literally ANY other major banking corp (Bank of America, Bank of the West, Key Bank, Wells Fargo etc etc….) come on guys…you’re a bank…put some money into this app.
Worst banking app I have ever owned. It kicks me out of my account atleast once a month and it won’t let me remote deposit checks half the time. Terrible app and sad that they haven’t put any work to fix it.
0 stars if I was able to Started banking at a new bank, and this is what they offer for their mobile. I used to go through P1FCU, and will be opening a account with them.. again. Makes me feel like I took that one for granted trying to use this one. The people are nice. But now currently waiting for a call at work tomorrow to unlock my online banking account. Have had to reset my password Atleast 3 times within a week of using. If you’re in Idaho or Montana or wherever they offer this I would stay away. It’s a nightmare, and don’t wish this on my worst enemy.
