Egregious Fees and Overcharged
Services themselves were okay - better than I could have done myself and VERY easy to book, however billing was a mess. I purchased the Black Friday hair and makeup deal and at that time of purchase was charged for the hair and makeup services, gratuity, and fees. I added lashes so knew I would owe the additional fee for those at my appointment. After my appointment I was charged for the lashes, for the parking of the artist (?!) and ANOTHER gratuity and service charge fee for ALL the services, not just the addition of the lashes. The second gratuity and fees were each more than double the cost of the lashes themselves. I reached out to customer service and after several exchanges they said “upon thoroughly checking” the billing was correct?! As a “one time courtesy”, they are refunding the second set of gratuity and fees, but the hassle and untrustworthiness of the system would definitely prevent me from booking again. Check your statements after and make sure you aren’t being double charged. On a $99 deal plus $25 lashes I was charged a total of $69 in gratuity and $55.71 in fees.
