Absolutely no useable contact method. Booked and paid for Priority Security…it wasn’t even open!! Raise a complaint, yes…but how!!??
I have used this app for years and always worked well, recently it does not show your booking details, an error message windows says “error getting booking history details” when trying to open the reservation The icon for my bookings has disappeared off the bottom of Home Screen. I tried calling the help number and got NCP who didn’t have a clue. GLA appear to have nothing to do with their app.
Flight information was not live. Deleted the App
Use this constantly for airport parking. Booking system is good but as other users are pointing out, once you’ve booked, it’s an epic fail. Refuses to show your booking in the app, will only display an error leaving this next to useless. Also epic fail for having no feedback/contact feature so having to do this here, hoping someone watches and realises it needs fixing.
Useless app. When you go to history to open for instance a fast track security booking it’s shows the history but when you click on the link for that booking it’s says can’t be located .
Couldn’t find my booking on the App Said it was having problems, good job I screen shot my booking Turned up to our pre-booked parking slot and couldn’t get in It wasn’t reading our registration of our car Pressed the button, apparently it wasn’t working properly Couldn’t find our reg but it hen I gave the gentleman my booking number he found it Not as streamlined as I thought
The app freezes at a picture of the front of the airport and does nothing else!
Visiting the upper deck lounge in the morning of 15th May with my wife. We were served by a lovely young lady called Mary. She was a delight, an asset to the airport.
Unable to retrieve booking via manage booking link provided. No number or anywhere on app to report fault. Poor service, chatbot not helpful
