Best yoga app ever!So professional,so good!

Application is not working!!! Subscription period was started, but it is not working! The support team answers are useless and don’t help at all. Moreover I need to wait several days to receive the answer. I need a refund of the subscription immidiately!

Disliked for two reasons: 1- when I signed up, the section called "for beginners" (or smth like that) simply disappeared from the app - as a beginner I could not understand with which training program to start 2- they billed me twice for the same month, which is absolutely hilarious

So much more convenient than previous edition, love that you can pick classes without the need go onto the website and leave namaste to the teachers. Fantastic yoga space!

I’ve been using Glo for over a decade and it has been a constant source of calm for me over the years. I recently had my first baby and have been so grateful to have both the pre and post natal yoga and Pilates classes. Can’t recommend it enough!

I purchased the 3 month subscription but it wasn’t being reflected in my account. This issue is the first one listed on their FAQ, which to me indicates this is a widely known issue. However, I still couldn’t get support. After receiving my initial response, which was intended for a different customer because it did not address my issue in the slightest, I continuously received canned responses that did not help me access the subscription I had paid for. The issue has still not been resolved, a week later, so I filed a dispute with my bank to get a refund. The lack of assistance and care cemented my decision to never go back to this company again. Update after company response to review: I did receive an email from the customer support lead two days after leaving this review, and 8 days after emailing in about the issue. It seemed genuine and thoughtful, and provided a resolution that I had initially suggested after a couple days of not receiving any real help from the initial customer support representative (who told me they didn’t offer that type of solution - giving me a promo code for the three months I paid for so I could cancel the subscription through Apple and resubscribe successfully through the YogaGlo website. They keep the subscription money, I get to access what I paid for, everyone wins). Unfortunately, it was too little too late.

I’ve been using Glo most mornings to begin my day for years now and am so grateful to have it. Thank you!

I signed up and have enjoyed the classes I’ve taken. Unfortunately, the app frequently refuses to display content for me, and I get the spinning circle on every page. Even when I do get to the content, it will stall trying to load whatever I clicked on. This is definitely not a “me” issue- I’ve tried every suggestion on their help page and my network/phone is fine. I kind of want my money back if I can’t rely on it to be available.

I have been a Glo user since 2016 and it has had a huge impact on my life being able to practice at home with instruction from incredible teachers. Unfortunately in the past few years the app has become more and more laden with features and distractions I don’t care about, and has become dramatically more expensive. As much as I like Glo, if this trend continues I will stop using it. I really wish they would introduce a discounted “legacy membership” with a more barebones interface. I would even be happy just having access to videos before a certain date with no new updates. There is already way more content on the site than I could ever know what to do with.
