Don’t work today, why?

I use this app on an iPhone SE - not the greatest phone in the world, but small, waterproof & hopefully supported for a long time. While there are a great many excellent podcasts available & I use this daily for over an hour, it is now grindingly slow. It takes ages to get to whatever podcast list I choose. Whenever I have listened to one if I am not careful it doesn’t register as listened to. I can then find it autoplaying one I’ve already heard. Annoying if, for instance, I’m in the shower. So frustrating now I’m looking for another way to listen. Needs improving.

So easy to use. Such a variety of channels to choice from. And great dj’s. Properly perfect in every way!!😊😊😊😊

Just does not function or respond despite iPhone restart

Very slow at initialising especially when opening on radio and then switching to podcasts, then the app stops, is unresponsive and buggy - needs seriously looking at. You SW team have much work to do.

I keep being emailed to enter the monthly draw but when i open the app….nothing. Why can’t the whole track be played? Every one is cut short. On every channel. More music should mean all not a variety of shortened ones

Slow to the point of nearly being unusable for podcasts. Live radio is fine. The podcast section is terrible coding. It takes, and has always taken, about 5 minutes to play a podcast. The coding for this part of the app needs a major overhaul. I’ve had to switch to Spotify or Apple Podcasts now for the bulk of my podcast listening. For the global player exclusive podcasts I’ve had to just accept the fact that it will take 5-10 minutes to play a podcast. The podcast section freezes. Once you press a podcast title, it takes about 1-2 minutes for the titles load. You can’t then immediately scroll down as the screen will freeze for another minute. Once you select a title, it will take another minute to load. If you need to use any of the controls, e.g. fast forward or sleep timer, it will take another 1-2 minutes for the app to stop lagging to control this. I achieve 150+ mbps broadband so it’s purely the app. The code is not good enough. Please fix this.
