It’s not clear at all on the app the difference between tickets prices and tickets! Any day ticket ended to mean that it includes the weekend as well, not that you buy it and use it later on any day! We ended paying more at the gate and lost the 10% off on online tickets purchase!

i love this app, it really helped alot. i just have a problem. when i try to scan my card, it automatically makes me scan the card with my camera, this it says “unable to find required media.” when i try to enter the card number manually, it automatically makes me scan my card. every. single. time. so it doesnt allow me to write my card number. please fix this, thank you!

I have downloaded this application just because I’ve seen on the website that I could buy weekday tickets for 22.5 AED instead of 25 AED at the counter. After wasting my time to register here I could only find the “any day” tickets for 27 AED. So I guess it is misleading advertising to be filed to DED?

Extremely pathetic app experience, wasted more than 30 minutes for login and never did login despite correct credentials. Really disappointing.
