يظهر مشكلة error sending TIP code
Pathetic
No response from the app
I can’t sign up
Worst app ever I can’t sign up
Registration is not possible
Registration process is annoying
App dos not work
Post download no further action can be initiated as the app does not contain any tab / options failing to even SIGN IN TO THE ACC .. App is a total disaster reason being we can’t even approach getting in to the app even by password reset or etc as it requires an email or phone number but, there’s is not even a slot / tab in the app to Pitt down the same
The worst insurance ever
Nobody answer , no service. Seems like fake company. complaint will be raised to "CHI"

App does not allow download of medical records or reason for rejection
Previously this app allowed download and view of reason for rejection but now it’s just a blank screen where the document used to be shown. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The company itself is worse than 1 star and very slow and unreliable.
