The worst customer support I’ve ever had. Main screen doesn’t display amount of remaining GBs and app support recommends to obtain this info for my net through sms. Analysts are lazy and stupid. They do not read messages at all, but send only templates

When in the course of the application Globe sends to update it, but does not update, so for a couple of hours I can’t enter the application(
The worst app I’ve ever seen. Before it was very slow, sometimes not working. Today the main page ask me go to Google App Store or Huawei Store (I’m using iPhone! 🤦🏼♂️) to download the latest version of App.
I can't see my balance because app requires to register, but does not allow me to register. They did everything to make it impossible for people to use. When you start registration errors are coming out all the time not an app it's garbage
Terrible application. Continuously showing “sorry, we logged you out for a bit. no worries”. And few days like that. What is wrong???
There’a many promo and other stupid things to load your balance everyday, but if you want to use unlimited internet for 30 days or 12 months - they confuse themselves. Everything on the balance will be written off. This is a nightmare. People who have money do not want to participate in your quizzes and receive spam every day. They just want to buy internet for a month or a year
I can’t open my account. Because require registration. Why me need it? I’m roaming now. SIM card works only first day and what problem l don’t know.
