Gloss: Save Formulas & Clients

I’m obsessed with this app. Keeps track of all my clients formulas, date service was done, price of service, and you can put pictures with every formula!!! Love love love. Use it daily :)

Didn’t save anything I entered for formulas, not one. Kept just shutting off, it has a button to email them that didn’t work either. Rushed to cancel this subscription. My opinion is it’s a joke.

This is such a great app! Everything works as it should, and wow I so do appreciate the external backups you can do with this app! Once upon a time I used a different app (for several years) that they up and decided to discontinue.. POOF! All my client notes & formulas were gone just like that :( it was a pretty bad day for me- to say the least. This app is totally worth the money for me, and such a nice peace of mind knowing I can export all my formulas to so many different locations!

Pro- I love how easy this is to use. I just wanted something for formulas. This has been so simple and fast. Bonus with the supply list too. My only suggestion- auto correct with the typing would be helpful. I never realized how much I rely in that when I am typing fast. And usually I am rushing to get this info entered. So it would be helpful if it could decipher my typos.

I’ve used this app for years and my formulas have been deleted suddenly. My coworker is dealing with the same issue

Had a hiccup with my account and unable to access info. Sent an email and quickly navigated me in the correct direction! Awesome response time & Service on Point!

I have used it for a couple of months and it is so easy. But….. it keeps freezing up and not recording my work. Now I can’t even open up the app to look what I have to write everything down. Why pay for something that doesn’t work correctly.

I love this app. Everything about it. I would give it 5 stars hands down. It has made it so much easier to keep track of my clients. Except it has one huge flaw. I do not like the security options. The app doesn’t ask you to verify a new password when you are updating-it just saves it after typing it once. That’s scary. It doesn’t seem to have an authentication back up of emailing you or texting you if you forget your password either. This makes me really uncomfortable that I’m going to get locked out at some point and have no access to my client data. Please please update this issue!!!!

i’ve been using gloss on my iphone, and i love it! i just got an android phone for work, and there’s no gloss for android! i’m so sad. not sure if i return the android phone, or quit using gloss. sad choice

Love the app but wish I there was an android version. I own an iPad but use android phone and like to have info on both incase I forget my iPad! Also thinking of changing to an android tablet. Hate to lose the app. Any chance one for android will become available?
